I live in a non-muslim community and I always thought that its polite to wish them a merry christmas to be respectful and not rude, but people have been saying that it means that you believe what the christians believe. I disagree with this because, Allah

A: You raise some very nice points and I agree. It *is* polite and how can another see into your heart so as to assess your intention? They cannot. I believe your intention wins the day.
